Getting Started

Create your account, verify your email, set up your organization, and land on the dashboard.

This page covers everything between "I don't have an account" and "I'm looking at an empty dashboard, ready to build my first agent."

1. Create an account

Open the sign-up page and choose one of:

  • Email + password — you'll get a verification email. Click the link to activate the account.
  • Google — one-click sign-in with your Google account.
  • Microsoft — one-click sign-in with a Microsoft / Entra ID account.

All three paths land in the same place. Password accounts go through a separate email verification step; SSO accounts are pre-verified.

Once signed in you can enable extra security under Settings → Account → Security:

  • Two-factor authentication — TOTP via any authenticator app.
  • Recovery codes — one-time codes to fall back on if you lose your 2FA device.
  • Change password / Change email — both require re-authentication.

3. Complete onboarding

First-time users are routed through a short wizard:

  1. Profile — name and avatar.
  2. Organization — the workspace name and slug. The slug shows up in every URL, so pick something short.
  3. Theme — light or dark.
  4. Invite team — add teammates by email now, or skip and do it later.
  5. Pending invitations — if someone already invited you to their organization, you'll see it here.

4. Pick a plan

Every new organization is sent through the plan picker before the dashboard unlocks. Pick a plan and complete Stripe checkout. If you cancel or billing fails later, the organization will bounce back to the plan picker — no data is lost.

See Billing for what's included in each tier and how to manage your subscription.

5. Land on the dashboard

After checkout you're taken to /organizations/<your-slug>/home. The home screen shows recent lead activity and overall stats. The sidebar is your map to the rest of the product:

  • Agents — personas and system prompts. Start here: Creating Agents.
  • Campaigns — agent + lead list + schedule.
  • Leads — contacts your campaigns are working.
  • Calls — call history and recordings.
  • Phone Numbers — outbound calling numbers.
  • WhatsApp accounts — WhatsApp business channels.
  • Integrations — Google Calendar, MCP servers, Leadsforce.
  • Stats — analytics across campaigns and agents.
  • Settings — account and organization settings.

Switching or creating organizations

You can belong to multiple organizations. Use the organization switcher in the top-left of the sidebar to jump between them. To create another workspace, go to Organizations and click Create organization — each new organization goes through its own plan picker.
