We collect account information, business contact information, CRM and lead data, campaign configuration, messages and call transcripts, connected-integration data, and usage analytics to provide the features you enable. If you connect Google Workspace, this may include the Drive, Docs, Sheets, or Calendar data needed for that feature.
We use your data to operate the features you request, including AI-assisted outreach, lead qualification, summaries, scheduling, reporting, and connected integrations. We do not use Google Workspace data to create, train, or improve generalized or foundational AI models.
